Colchester is a new build block of apartments, specially adapted for ten tenants with a range of abilities.

We're delighted to have opened the doors at our latest property in the South East of England. We work closely with Care Providers and families, working out the details to make sure that the individual accommodation needs of each of our tenants are met, so they can simply move in and enjoy their new homes. Our properties are designed for people to live independently and safely, with as much or as little support as they need.

The details

Each apartment is a one bedroom, self contained home that has been adapted for the needs of tenants with a range of learning disabilities and/or autism. The bathrooms have been adapted to meet individual, long term needs for the tenants and all apartments have been fitted with induction hobs and the following adaptations for enhanced safety. The apartments are largely open plan, with a large kitchen diner and living room and separate bedroom.

Location

The property is situated in the South West of Colchester, near to Westfield Country Park. The property is a twenty minute walk to Tollgate Shopping Centre and food shops and take aways are just a few paces from the apartment block. Colchester station is located in the town centre, 3 miles from the property. This property offers a quieter surrounding with easy access to local amenities.
