Details:

• Land of 0.2 to 0.4 acres developable space or
• Buildings suitable for conversion (HMO’s, PDR etc) providing min 400sqm living space or
• Planning approved sites, suitable for conversion to above use
• Close to amenities (transport/shops) with frontage in urban or suburban locations
• Vacant possession preferred but not essential
• Potential to create outside space is preferable and an element of car parking is preferred but not essential
• Funding available and turnkey packages considered
• Agent will be retained and fees of £15,000 minimum or 2%* whichever is greater is payable on completion
