Construction update

Our construction team are busy putting the finishing touches to our shared property in Southport.

The paint is drying and the bathroom is sparkling!
Here's a sneak peek into our latest five bedroom property in the North West.

Our most intensive refurbishment to date, the property was in need of extensive adaptation to enable wheelchair access, installation of wet rooms and a brand new wheelchair ramp to comply with DDA regulations as well as a complete renovation and re-roofing of existing outhouses, into a one bed self contained apartment.

We've been working closely with care providers and the families of the tenants to make sure that the features and internal finishes, right down to the tenant's choice of bedroom paint, will make this lovely period style property feel like home.
